Treated wood has a dark greenishbrown color that fades to a lighter brown and may have a slight ammonia odor until dry. "ALCUA" has no smell, but it is more expensive then "DINCUA". Wood treated with it has a lighter greenish-brown color with little odor. "BENCUA" has no smell and based on other quarter ammonium then "DINCUA" and "ALCUA" and has medium price. Wood treated with "BENCUA" varies in color that ranges between that of type "DINCUA" and "ALCUA". ➔ ➔ Alzinter ● Improved version of ACQ wood preservatives Consists of only components which is used in medicine Colourless Non-corrosive ● ● ● ProLine BlueStop ● Temporary wood protection during transport and storage Preventive protection of fresh sawn-wood against wood-staining fungi and moulds. Suitable for treatment of wood intended for transport and storage, when it is important that the surface of wood is not impaired aesthetically. Applied by by coating, spraying, dipping, soaking or etc. If you need long protection of fresh sawn-wood or wet wood we reccomend to check wood protective pastes („Lidaka” and „Store”) ● ● ● ● Wood protective pastes One of the best ways to protect raw wood is deep impregnation and it can be achieved by using a diffusion method of wood protection. This method is based on the ability of water-soluble antiseptic to penetrate into the depth of timber, dissolving with in its tissues moist. In processing of using of wood preservative pastes impregnation speed depends on the level of humidity of wood (higher humidity and the speed of impregnation is faster). In the best conditions (moisture content of wood more than 40-50% and a temperature of 18 ° C) diffusion of antiseptic in timber carried an average of 1 mm per day. Thus, posts and rails, processed with “Lidaka” or “Store”, soaked in the entire thickness of the sapwood for 2-3 months, and this penetration does not require a special time, as it occurs in structures in the service timber. Wood protective pastes ADVANTAGES: Possibility of processing of raw timber, while many other methods require pre-drying them. Furthermore, in comparison with the factory impregnation, paste processing is simple and accessible and it is easy to use on place. ● DISADVANTAGES: Higher consumption per square meter of treated surface. ● Lidaka, Store The main difference is that „Store” has additional chemical compositions which gives fire protection. Oil based wood preservatives ● Specially processed natural oils for the wood handling with an improved ability of absorbance and antibacterial qualities with adding biocides safe for a human being's and the environment Oil absorbs into wood protecting it from moisture and wear, at the same time marking out wooden texture and places of branches giving the wooden surface slightly matted shading. Medical biocides give additional protection without affecting human ● ● Oil based wood preservatives ➔ Antiseptic natural linseed Oil – “EGLE” Antiseptic natural FLOOR oil – “KAZENE” Antiseptic WAX protective for wood – “PRIEDE” Antiseptic oil based primer – “BERZS” ➔ ➔ ➔ Subtypes of wood preservatives ● HOME ● ● ● ● ● INDUSTRIAL ● ● ● ● Prophylactic Treatment RS Absolute Prophylactic Treatment RS Absolute
